「藍色列車」就是寢台列車的代名詞。急行Hamanasu (玫瑰號列車) 是日本最後一列「藍色列車」,每晚行走札幌至青森。由於北海道新幹線通車,Hamanasu已於2016年3月停駛,意味「藍色列車」在日本已成歷史。

[J-Railway] ‘Blue train’ represents overnight trains in Japan. The Hamanasu Express is the last overnight train with the symbolic blue colour, running between Sapporo and Aomori every night. This service was terminated in March 2016 due to the opening of Hokkaido Shinkansen, meaning Blue Train has already become history in Japan.
